convenient location helpful staff small elevator inadequate cleaning
the location was convenient (i could easily walk to major attractions). the staff were helpful and provided useful recommendations.
the elevator was quite small and slow. it proved inconvenient with luggage. additionally, the room was not cleaned unless specifically requested, and the daily cleaning felt inadequate (i felt the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned).

amazing location, perfect service
unbeatable location charming cafe short walk
i had an fantastic stay! the location is unbeatable. i was within walking distance of major attractions, charming cafes, and excellent restaurants. whether you want to explore the colosseum or stroll through the beautiful streets, everything is a short walk away.
the closest car park is a substantial walk, especially returning with luggage going uphill. it would be helpful if a shuttle cart could be organised.

The hotel provides a 24-hour front desk ensuring assistance is always available and the premises feature modern decor. i noticed the availability of free wi-fi throughout the building. It was very practical.

This makes it supremely convenient for exploring key attractions. i found many coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby which helped with quick bites and essentials. public transport is accessible, simplifying travel around the area.

wonderful stay with a few minor hiccups
helpful staff generous assortment guided tours
i found the reception staff helpful at various times. breakfast was included, and the cold cuts and fruits provided were generous (especially the peaches!). the hotel also gave complimentary guided tours with historical themes in the nearby areas, which i really enjoyed. taxis arranged by staff made airport journeys smooth.
the two elevators needed to get to the lobby and room were a bit inconvenient. i wasn't fond of having to use two different elevators to access my room each time. the elevator was also small, and this was especially challenging with luggage.

the breakfast buffet included various options, such as fresh bread and an assortment of cold cuts. i also appreciated the availability of different juices and hot beverages each morning. breakfast hours extended until 11 am, a great feature for late risers.
