the location was convenient (i could easily walk to major attractions). the staff were helpful and provided useful recommendations.
it proved inconvenient with luggage. additionally, the room was not cleaned unless specifically requested, and the daily cleaning felt inadequate (i felt the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned).

i had an fantastic stay! the location is unbeatable. i was within walking distance of major attractions, charming cafes, and excellent restaurants. whether you want to explore the colosseum or stroll through the beautiful streets, everything is a short walk away.
the closest car park is a substantial walk, especially returning with luggage going uphill. it would be helpful if a shuttle cart could be organised.

i found the reception staff helpful at various times. breakfast was included, and the cold cuts and fruits provided were generous (especially the peaches!). the hotel also gave complimentary guided tours with historical themes in the nearby areas, which i really enjoyed. taxis arranged by staff made airport journeys smooth.
